I am an Assistant Astronomer/Professor at the Institute for Astronomy at the University of Hawaii. I specialize in time-domain astronomy, working on both observations and theory. My research focuses on the deaths and explosions of stars (Supernovae), the James Webb Space Telescope, and multi-messenger astrophysics. For more details on my research please read here.
